as far as i know *i could be wrong* when you have legall things like a will done here in UAE it is according to Sharia. Meaning, everything you have will go to your son (if you were to pass away) as in Sharia law it always goes to the eldest son. HOWEVER, you can have this changed, and things can go to other children/ family members- but it is a [b'>lot[/b'> of paperwork.... i know as i just had to do some for FIL :)

my husband, son and I are all moving to Dubai at the end of this month. we are trying to get all our ducks in a row including our wills. A friend suggested that we will need to get one done/revised over there anyway. We have a will now - what does one need to include when living in Dubai?
