So Dh and i have been trying for so long!
My last period was 2 weeks ago,
just yesterday my boobs feel swollen, very veiny.
woke up this morning feel sicky, was alright when i got to work, came home felt awful again,
just had a hot bath and ive got little shooting pains in my right ovary.
could i be?
Any advice?

update, Def not preggers, last 2 days ive had very very heavy bleeding, feels like a period, but i think ive suffered a miscarraige, its my second miscarraige too. oh well, im gutted but such is life not alot i can do, just have to keep trying!

yeh small window, was dark blue line, and the large window had a blue line, but faint edited by officechick on 03/09/2011 Hi office chick , this is what my positive looked like to begin with. You can open up the test and look on the back to see the line a bit more clearly - even hold it up to the light . I tested over a week later with a digital and the cross came up :) Also have pcos so there is hope yet . Good Luck to you, and keep us posted.

i really really hope so, been trying for 2 years now, as ive got PCOS well, usually, if there are 2 lines, then it's a positive, but ofc, if you're still a week away from your first [hopefully missed'> period, then you've been pregnant for about a week at most. Early days... just let nature take its course, give your body some time and try not to stress about it.

Not sure about that; just looked up 'results clearblue' and some of the test should show a +. A - means negative. It all depends on what kind of test this is... But if it should be a - for positive and you did see a very faint line, than that should mean you are pregnant!

And do bear in mind that you may not have ovulated when you think you did (if you thought you did - many of us haven't a clue). Unless you're charting temperatures or have particularly strong physical signs, you may not know and may have ovulated early or late, which means your period would then be due early or late. I well remember one heartbreaking week pre-charting when I was utterly convinced I was pregnant, as my period was a week late. What didn't click was that I'd moved house that month and was totally stressed out, and had therefore ovulated a week late.

Normally you don't test til the day you're due or after, but it is known to show earlier. If you want to test yourself (as you will be dying to do) now, don't be too down if it's negative - false negatives happen then show positive when the levels are high enough around your due date.! Yeah, I knew about 2.5 seconds after The Act that there was no way I wasn't pregnant, but when I tested when my period was due, it was negative. I knew that wasn't really possible, so re-tested a week later and it was positive.

In a 28 day cycle ovulation occurs on day 14 Good luck! Hoping for the best for you! From what I understand ovulation doesn't always occur on day 14 in a 28-day cycle - it varies from woman to woman and can be affected by external factors such as stress and illness. A great resource on this is Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, and the website www.fertilityfriend.com. Both of these taught me a whole lot more about my body, as did my doctor when we were trying. And on that note I so totally get where you're coming from - some days I just couldn't be bothered and DS is only here because I forced myself one night! :D
