Recommendation for taking out babies in UAE In summer.

Hello everyone,
I am a new mama and my munchkin is 4 month old. Now everyone keeps telling me that I keep my new baby indoors too much and should take him out. The only problem is it's too darn hot outside to take my new baby even for stroll in the evening (I live right next to the corniche so it's super humid and obviously hot) and I avoid taking him to the mall well because I feel it's crowded and he might get an infection. I would like to wait until the weather is a bit soothing like the November to take him out daily outside. I don't know. Am I being over protective? Am I somehow causing a harm to him by not taking him out? Help!
