Just realised I'm 31 weeks already, FREAKING OUT, so much to do, hoping this baby does not come early!!! PS if I could marry my pregnancy pillow I would!

Being sunburnt won't hurt your baby, its just like any other kind of burn. If you are in a lot of pain you can take panadol safely too. Getting plenty of sun exposure (obviously preferably without burning) is important during pregnancy to build your vit D levels to pass on to the baby and also as the vit D you store now will have an effect on the levels in your milk once you are breastfeeding so don't feel bad about being in the sun. You poor thing though, I can imagine sleeping will be tricky since you probably can't comfortably sleep on your tummy anymore.

I know how you're feeling, same thing happened to me when I was heavily pregnant. I know you feel bad and there is nothing I can say to make you stop blaming yourself, as I still curse myself to this day about it. My case was a lot more extreme, I passed out and got very sick, my arms and hands even got all puffed up. My Ob/gyn had me come in for a scan and urine tests etc to make sure all was fine with the baby. All WAS fine! Thankfully!!! It would not hurt to get bubs checked out by your Ob/gyn just to be on the safe side. All I can say to you to try and put your mind at ease is this... my case of sun exposure and extreme heat exhaustion was bad and if you could only see my nearly 2yr old DD now and how perfect and beautiful she is, I would hope this would give you some kind of relief to know that your baby will and should be totally fine. All the best! You are NOT a bad mum!!!
