The iconic beige buildings contrasting with the waters of Dubai are a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. Jumeirah Beach Residence is found just a few minutes neighbouring the Dubai Marina and is an extremely lively area.

Home to the Dubai Tram, The Beach, JBR Walk, Skydive Dubai and much much more, JBR is the place to be if you’re an adventurous family looking to relocate near beach waters.

The entire area includes a 1.7km length of The Walk, which is the most popular beachside boulevard amongst Dubai residents – you can find restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas, games and bars along the JBR strip.

Jumeirah Beach Residence by day is a beautiful image – the contrast of the sandy beige buildings contrasting with the blue waters makes you forget that Dubai is actually a desert.

There is over 40 towers along the Jumeirah Beach Residence strip – 36 of them are only for residential, while the remaining are used as hotels.

JBR consists of six clusters that each have 4 to 8 buildings in each cluster: Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan. The name of the buildings are all themed around the beach.

Each cluster has a shared pool, gyms, nurseries, groceries, outdoor seating areas, restaurants and children’s play areas that can all be found underneath the buildings away from the public at the beach.

Also, there are various hotels in the area that offer dining options, bar areas, pool clubs and hookah lounges for you to indulge in.
