Home to the grand Meydan Racecourse, Nad Al Sheba Cycle Track, and the future Meydan City development, Nad Al Sheba is a mixed-use district in Dubai with a collection of apartments, villas, educational institutes, community parks, and other commercial properties.
Split into four different parts, there's something for everyone in the area. Nad Al Sheba 1, located near Al Quoz 2, is the largest sub-community of the four and it is where you'll find the Meydan Racecourse, hotel, cycle track, etc.
Nad Al Sheba 2, 3, and 4 all follow a peaceful, suburban atmosphere thanks to its private villas. Several RTA public bus stops can be found across Nad Al Sheba, with some feeder buses connecting passengers directly to the nearest metro station. Unfortunately, there are no Dubai metro stations within the district or are within walking distance. The nearest Dubai metro station is the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station.

However, the residential sub-communities of Nad Al Sheba 2, 3, and 4 tend to experience very little noise. The villas have enough space between each other to minimise noise spilling in, but you might often hear the roar of the supercar engine.
The apartments are built with enough soundproofing to prevent sounds from the neighbours coming in, though this is limited. The area is spacious with plenty of upcoming developments, thus noise levels are usually low. You might hear the occasional sounds of loud parties next door, but policies are typically in place for each apartment wherein disruptive noises are prohibited. Simply ask your neighbour to lower the volume, and only ask for the help of security if your neighbour refuses to keep volumes low.
