As is the nutrition plan we provide for our members, ensuring this is more than a quick fix, instead it is a lifestyle change.
What is Total Elliptic?
Total Elliptic is the first of its kind in the Middle East and essentially it is a group class taught on Indoorwalkers. The machines which are unique to Dubai allow for focus on either stamina, lower body strength, upperbody or aerobics.
When first starting with Total Elliptic we prepare an assessment which was created for us by a medical professional to ensure that we can offer you the best and safest service available. Additionally, another service we provide is a body composition analysis, which allows you to monitor your total body fat, muscle mass, total body water, basal metabolic rate and more. The report will then be fully explained to ensure full comprehension.

My story
Next I began biking, another popular and typical sport but with each pedal I was bumping my belly, being reminded that you are overweight constantly is not a great motivation, so I moved onto swimming. At first it was great, but soon it became boring. So at 40 years old, overweight and stressed I began Total Elliptic!"

WHY TOTAL ELLIPTIC?
Living a healthy life, eating properly and exercising are always in our minds. Many of us start with the New Year resolutions or after being warned by the doctor... we can probably change some habits, eat a bit better but what about exercise? We usually start by buying nice sporty clothes and running shoes. We are ready... But now what? What is the right exercise for us? And how will we keep training if we get bored so quickly?...
The program is based in two pillars: training progression and measurement.
Both must go together in order to achieve those so desired objectives, be an improvement of your physical condition or weight loss.
We provide a training program - Total Elliptic - that is based in training progression. After starting with a period of anatomical adaptation you will soon be able to increase the workload - resistance and speed - to achieve an impressive level of cardio endurance.
Any training program has to be measurable:
- You need to know your initial physical condition
- You must be able to measure your effort during training
- You want to know the effect training is having in your body
- At our centre, we offer you the possibility of doing all the above using the latest technology available.
- We do a fitness assessment of your physical condition before you start training
- We use the latest technology in effort measurement during the workout
- You can get an analysis of your body composition (fat, muscle, water, bone and much more)
