We teamed up with the Waterfront Market to bring our readers a fun, interactive day out at the amazing complex in Deira.
Starting off at CoffeeTea, ladies had the opportunity to become acquainted over delicious coffee and bites. We were then joined by lifestyle coach, Heidi Jones, who shared some insights on what it means to live a healthy lifestyle and offered us some tips on creating a balanced meal on a budget.
We split off into teams, to explore the market and find ingredients for a healthy meal on a budget. After fifteen minutes of sourcing ingredients around the largest produce market in the region, we returned to CoffeeTea where Heidi judged our baskets and announced the winning team.
We hope all the ladies enjoyed the event as much as we did! A special thank you to Waterfront Market for this memorable morning out.
