Can you contact the original FF manufacturers via the website and ask them if this shop is an 'authorised' seller of the product? More evidence to produce! I really believe that this is widespread practice here and if its not in a market or Karama consumers don't think twice. And parallel imports are also common. edited by Pomegranate on 08/09/2011

[u'>[u'>[b'>Sorry I meant fake Fitflops in the title but am unable to edit it now.[/b'>[/u'>[/u'> I visited a shop in Mercato during the the Eid holidays which had a part sale running. They had Fit Flops on sale at 25% discount. I tried some and could not find my size but saw several Fitflop sandals in half sizes such as 5 1/2 or 6 1/2 etc. Dint think much at that time until I was on the Official Fit Flop website today which clearly stated that they only manufacture fit flops in whole numbers and to size down in case you are between size :\: So does this mean that even after paying ridiculous Dubai marked up prices we are not sure if we are buying genuine products!! Ofcourse I will be contacting the store management and taking this further with them. Is there a number to report this? edited by Glitzi on 08/09/2011
