Does anybody else in Victory Heights have no water? We haven't had water since around 7:00pm - does anybody know what is wrong? I hope it's not just us!!!!

Hi, you should still have water even if DEWA is turned off as your tank is where the water pump draws water from. Do you have any water coming through the taps? If you have only a dribble, I would say that it is something to do with your water pump. Call the FM helpline (even if you don't have a contract, they will charge 150dhms to come and sort it out).

No, I haven't called DEWA. I'm going to go out and turn the tap in "the box" the other way just in case it isn't on.... If that doesn't work I guess I'll have to call DEWA!

I checked that and it seems to be on.... Do you have water? We are in Estella - it's a bit late to knock on the neighbours door now to find out if they have the same problem.... :(

Look at your 'box' outside, sometimes kids think it is funny to turn your water off, it has happened a couple of times to us, pesky kids, I guess it is the modern way of ringing the doorbell and running away! I hope it is that simple for you!
