so if you have paid a deposit and have a receipt does this mean you have secured the villa or have you only secured the villa once you have signed the contract? Driving me nuts....... what do you think????

Ahhh, sorry... We are in The Villa :). Great villas though and you get a whole lot more for your money than other places!

we looking in Jumeriah, umm sequin that sort of area, need modern 4 bed with some private garden and communal pool - you lucky enough to have all of that????

oh guess what, we don't have the villa, they've given it to someone else! Only in Dubai, having a very off Dubai day now...... Where are you looking? Our is on the market :D... not sure Id be able to move by Saturday though :D :D

So sorry to hear that! Thought those bad old days in Dubai have gone but obviously not:\: Good luck with finding somewhere suitable quickly, moving and agents are the worst things in Dubai. Ooops, forgot, the driving skills must be first:(

You pay the deposit to secure the villa. You should be fine :-)
