Orbit Showtime Network - Anyone else having problems?

It just went off! Screen says No Signal. Tried calling Orbit showtime, cant get thru, just a muffled recording that says something about egypt, add code 10 to the number ur calling and call is disconnected! ???? Tried switching off and on again, still same message. All cable are connected !
Anyone else experiencing same thing? Anyone know any other number for the network other than 04 367 7777 or 3677 888... TIA
