Can anyone recommend a good surgeon for Upper Lid Surgery in Dubai? Also can you comment on your experience? I have heard horrible stories of surgery going wrong and it is quite scary to go through it. Botox or surgery?

Dr Jaffar Khan did my friends upper eyelid surgery last year ( She had a lot of loose skin)
She is a complete wuss when it comes to procedures however was pleasantly surprised that there was no pain whatsoever and she went back to work straight away with just 2 steri strips covering the stitches. It looks great and at some point I will be meeting with him for lower lid surgery
Botox wont do much and isn't permanent whereas the surgery will
Several friends back home in the UK have had both upper and lower done in Europe and they look great.
