You can do either. If you have a live-in maid, they usually can handle both.
If you are looking for live-out, on your sponsorship, its possible but I find it very expensive as cost of accommodation and transport becomes equal to salary if not even more.
There is no vanilla option. You can mix and match.

So my questions are as follows: Are there nannies who provide maid services as well or are they separate? Secondly, are there LEGAL agencies who can sponsor ladies as live-out nannies/maids or is the only legal way to do it is to get a live-in nanny/maid and to sponsor her?
