Hi there ladies, I need your advice.

We recently bought an apartment we want to upgrade. We would like to have the same tiles in livingroom, bedroom and kitchen.
We saw a huge price difference in tiles from for example Rak Ceramics vs shops at the Dragon Mart.
1) Anyone have any experience with tiles from Dragon Mart?
2) Can anyone give me a recommendation for good quality for a reasonable price?
3) Should we go for porcelain or granite and why?

Thanks in advance!!

I'd personally go for LVT - Luxury Vinyl Tile. Non toxic, scratch resistant, water resistant, plus, it can look any way you like - like wood, or granite or even stone, with the look and texture of it. It's also not cold to touch like tiles. Have a look. No sure about tiles, but i wouldn't be buying even wallpaper at dragon mart, as things manufactured in China do always contain over the limit harmful chemicals, which poison not only the air and that poisons you (such as formaldehyde in their flooring etc.). So if you're investing in a property you purchased and are not just renting, definitely go for options which are safe for health, even if you have to pay little more. Cheers. P.S. Even if it's not your property and you might be moving in the future, these LVT are having a click mechanism and are not being glued to the floor. Which means that you can easily pack them up and take them with you to another house. https://www.floorworld.com/luxury-vinyl-flooring-tiles
