Apparently Safa park no longer allow bikes. Does anyone know a nice, safe, dedicated jogging/cycling track I could use? Also, anyone seen rollerskates (not blades) on sale anywhere in Dubai? Thanks.

Thanks shazman and gleekfamily. For anyone else interested, the site says that the autodrome is open to the public for cycling/skating/running every Wednesday from 6pm until 9pm.

Google: Cycle Safe Dubai Autodrome You'll find a listing of when they do a sponsored day for people to skate on their tracks.

I took my kids rollerskating at Barsha Park (behind Mawakeb school) and they rollerskated on the bike path. Also the bike path next to the beach in Jumeira 1 (Behind Dubai Marine hotel/village mall area) was great for rollerskating. I bought "old fashioned" (as my 7 yr old calls them) roller skates at Baby Shop in MOE about 6 months ago and they had all sizes, hope they still have them. Happy Skating!
