I know Activia and Onken have them, but I can't always find the plain version. I need one with no sugar or fruit in in, just plain yogurt. Which other brands have it that you know?

Thanks

Sorry!!!! I completely missed this thread with all your replies. I'm going to the Organics Shop tomorrow for their big sale, so I'll stock up on the German ones and Onken from there.

Try the local brand in green container, cant think of the name! but they are everywhere and one type in particular has the lilve cultures. Only 1dhs each or so, I cant bring myself to pay 20dhs for 'organic' yogurt.

Hi there! I do not reccomend Activia as a live cultured yougurt. It has too much powdered milk in it. Opt to Onken, Happy Valey or for german brand yougurts in Organic supermarket. From the local produce, if you do not care about how organic it is, i would reccoment to try Sterilac yougurt - i use it also for "tvorog" (russian curd cheese) making, since it is cheaper then organic ones.
