Yesterday our maid of 2.5 years just up and left. When I expected her in today she didn't turn up. She didn't take all her things and from what I can see she must have left in a hurry. I'm think she may have had money troubles but she never asked for any extra. We paid our maid very fairly and treated her well. So now we have to cancel the visa etc. The sad thing is she has taken all of her paper work probably not realising that she wont be able to transfer. She was a nice lady but troubled by her own family. Lesson learnt for me thought never take things for granted an ensure all your paper work is well and truly up to date and not in the same place......
