Hi It is actually a nearly completed (fingers crossed) apartment building within Shams Abu Dhabi, on Reem Island. I was wondering if anyone owned, and when completed, their intention was to sell or lease. Not quite sure what to do yet.

mangrove village is actually owned by a bank not allowed to be owned by expats. the other places near to the mangroves is Al Gurm, again which is very very very expensive but is built by aldar so if you could afford it i think anyone can own them but like many many many millions. the other place with the mangroves is on the other side of the island on east coast road, and there is nothing there to own. havent heard of a mangrove place?
