Maybe a quick and cheap solution would be to buy a roll of contact plastic cut it to fit and stick it over the changing table surface.

I have a Brevi change table unit with a bath built in under the change mat. We used the bath but till LO was 5 months ish but now we just use the whole unit as a spare change table for downstairs. The waterproof/wipeable change table cover has a number of slits and tears exposing the foam below. Does anyone know where I might be able to get the cover part of unit re-upholstered with a wipeable/waterproof cover?? Somewhere in Satwa maybe??
