I've always found the Al Adil brand in Geant, in amongst all the other Indian spices, etc.

You can check Al Adil stores: http://www.adildubai.com/ad/inner.php?id=37 Their website shows onion powder as one of their many products. They've got branches all over Dubai. edited by terrible_twos on 29/07/2011

Not easy to find - however, I did buy some dryed "minced onion" which I use in place of powdered onion. The brand was Richfield. I think I found it at Lulu and grabbed it right away. You could crush it further if you wanted to into a powdered form but I use as is. If you see something you use frequently, be sure to buy it right away as the chances of it (anything) being there when you need it are slim. (Been here 18 years.)

also try the weighed spices counters @ C4 and Panda, have never bought it but worth a look since they have the likes of garlic and ginger powder on those stands.

You should be able to find it among the spices. :)
