relocating to abu dhabi with beagles

hi everyone,
I currently live in england with my partner and two dogs, a relocation to abu dhabi may be on the cards in the near future as my partner has been offered a job.
My main concern is our dogs, we have two beagles one is 5 the other is 1, they are my babies and we will not move without them.
This will be a big shock to them as they are used to a big garden, walks in the forest and cold rainy weather!
Is Abu dhabi dog friendly?
Is there places to walk them?
Do dogs adapt to the hot weather well?
How easy is it to get your dogs out there?
Any ideas of costs?
Any help or advice would be much appriciated.
