Help and Advice needed
Ok after my distaster with the maid I hired on a high reccomendation, I am in the process of finding someone new. I had a houseboy before and that worked quite well, so considering it again. However need some advice, is it better to get someone young? someone new to Dubai or someone with years of Dubai experience? It is also better to get someone who isnt too qualified , just because from past co-ospondence it seems that there are a lot of people just looking for a visa... or a temp solution until they trot off to an office job ..... nevermind all the money we pay for their visa's ect. Please experienced hirers can you give me some tips on finding someone. I just want someone to get on with their work quitely, really want a job (my last maid really thought it was beneath her) look after my pets while I'm away and be reliable and trustworthy. Any words of advice would really help. Thanks.
