Sorry, haven't tried any all inclusive at Amwaj Rotana and not sure which restaurant does them. Think maybe Beni Hana the Japenese one. However, we go regularly to Rosso in there and love the food. If you order pasta or pizza before 7.45 it is 30% off (other menu available) and happy hour is from 6 - 9 p.m. Usually busy and a good atmosphere. Both these restaurants have vouchers in the Fine Dining book but don't know if you could use them for an all inclusive deal. Haven't heard any good reports about Horizon. <em>edited by amelia on 26/09/2011</em>
