This might be the best solution as she will have room to stack the dishes after they are washed. Putting another sink in the already crowded maids room might not work but thats just me ...you can make it lovely by surrounding it with plants, putting the bench on slate etc......

just a note here. When I had a live in cleaner, she had access to our sink and dishwasher anytime. She preferred to wash the dishes in her bathroom sink and shower.....when she left, the sink was in awful condition as it was not made for dishes. If I had thought about it I would have attached an outdoor sink to her kitchen...since no urging from me to use the house made one iota of difference. She insisted on using her sink.

p.s. if you go this route make sure she scrapes her dishes well and puts the leftover oil in a container and not down the drains/toilets or they will end up in the garden ,, no good +

Hi Sue and thaks a lot for your kind advise and suggestion!!!! this is actually a great solution.........You see??? I've received bad and useless replies...you know.......they replied just to talk......maybe they get bored from their life, and somebody has insulted me as well.....like "shame on you" and similar......but someone intelligent like you and willing to just help me is here...thanks a lot again and have a nice day! ;)
