Ladies, please help, I'm in terrible trouble
I need advice on the double

Unfortunately, my husband is getting quite fat
What should I do, should I tell him that?

Should I ask him to diet
(Though I'd never try it)

Or pretend I don't notice?
Then feel sort of hopeless?

What should I do?
I sure wish I knew ...

i think you live out in the 'burbs have you tried going walking, trekking the kerbs? an evening walk for twenty or so would be sure to get rid of his paunch - no? Take him for a walk like a dog, you say? Maybe send him out back with a ball to play? I don't think it's the beer that's making him plump It's more the sitting behind his desk like a lump! And he travels so much - to this place and that It's also the hotel food thats making him fat Perhaps I should take him back to the doc Maybe stepping on the scales would give him a shock? edited by guinness on 01/10/2011

For the sake of your marriage and harmony You should suggest a programme of unity Taking care of each other in diet and health Whilst tackling the issue with a bit of stealth Make it sound like he would be doing you a favour And your hunky adonis you can once again savour

Guinness, my dear Is your name a clue Does he drink the black stuff Or is it a different brew? It's my hubby's undoing It's showing it's effects Instead of a six pack His jacket looks double breasted But no he's just barrel chested!

He used to be quite athletic and all But unfortunately had a big fall One day when we were skiing And broken was his knee-ing But its been several years And as his older age nears I think he should take care else good he won't fare But he did not like when I bought him a bike!
