We had our (rented) villa landscaped 6 months ago and had irrigation put in. We've just realised that the irrigation has been leaking constantly and has been for around 6 weeks, causing us to have a huge DEWA bill for October, do we have any rights to insist the landscaper fix it and reimburse us for the water we've had to pay for? Are they regulated by anyone? Do they need a license to operate? TIA
