Can anyone recommend where to get one? I realize there are two types- deep cleaning and "lift ". Some places combine both but is that ideal? I have seen patsy Collins and Akura ( both in Garhoud) do them as well as "breath health "and "in shape" ( hopefully without product/service push).
Any others or experience with these? Thank you

Moving to Dubai ive found it hard to find a good salon. but i have found a great facialist at Essentials beauty salon down al wasl road. Rebecca from London and gave such a thorough treatment. im not sure what other products she uses but i had a guinot facial with her and id highly recommend. also does anyone know where i can get good hair extensions done out here? lolly Hi Lolly11, Ive also used Rebecca at Essentials, shes fab!! re hair extensions, ive heard that Lulu at Hairworks (um seqium spinneys) is one of the best in Dubai, very quick, not too expensive and knows her work very well!

just to update for anyone interested- I went today and it was fabulous! I cannot remember the last time my skin looked this ravishing. I would also recommend it! I LOVE guinot facials. you can combine the hydradermie and the lift facial, I used to have these done in sweden and and loved it. if you haven't had the lift facial before you may find it a bit strange as it basically gives a workout to your facial muscles, and makes them contract. they usually do half of your face first and ask you to look in a mirrir, the result is very visisble, the treated half will visibly look LIFTED.

Purity, on Al Wasl Rd has Guinot and they do all their treatments there. They're very good in deep cleaning facials as well :) only European therapists work there

I've been to Akaru for these facials several times and I think they even have a voucher in the entertainer body (but not 100% sure it's for a Guinot treatment). They are back in their facilities at the Aviation Club, having undergone a complete renovation, and I think it would be worth your while to visit them. I've never been pushed to buy products. Have also been to Essential on Al Wasl Road, near Park N Shop. Treatments were nice but Akaru is hands down a nicer place to visit.
