If your looking for quality, then Decathalon is the best you get a good range of sleeping bags & tents there, although a bit expensive but worth it, it's long lasting.

C4 has a huge sale on camping gear. Tents, chairs, blow up beds etc. They are very cheap and perhaps sell sleeping bags also Thank you !
