It will also depend how many people will live in the villa and if you are home all day. There are two of us but both out at work all day. We haven't done a full year in this villa yet but I would estimate we average approximate 1000 dhs per month (3 bed, plus maids and study). We also water the garden twice a day.

Hi, no they are combined unless the area has district cooling. Our DEWA last month was 1300 dhs for a 3 bed + study, and I fear that it is rising!

Does the airconditioning get charged on the electricity bill and/or is there a separate bill again. For a 3 bedroom villa what is the anticipated utility cost people are getting for water, electricity etc.
