Hi, I'm wanting to book a city sightseeing tour for my parents. Has anyone booked tours with Arabia Horizons Tours, City Discovery Tours or Suncity Tours....? These are the only operators I can find and they all get very mixed reviews. I'm just looking for a city tour with a guide who will provide info about Dubai (old and new). Thanks.
