Are there any ladies on here planning to apply for the Australian Migration through the skilled migrants process?
I intend to do apply, but attempting to do the process on my own instead of going through an agent. If anyone on here is planning on doing the same, it would be great to discuss processing and paperworks together.

Is it compulsory to write the IELTS as a part of the application? DH has a Masters degree from UK while his bachelors isnt from UK. Although the medium of education throughout right from primary school has been english, do we still need to write IELTS as part of the process?

No, but we did my DH permanent residency visa on our own, which was approved last December. I would save the money if you can, print off the checklists from the immigration department's website and keep an up to date folder with all the information. The hardest part was the police checks and translation of my DH's documents. HTH.
