It is one of those "Magic" creams... I used it for things from Nappy rash, heat rash, dry skin/lips, soothing mozzie bites... the list goes on. As always, I would recommend testing a small patch to ensure it doesn't cause further problems or reactions...

I too have seen this at a Spinneys... however it was a couple of years ago now... I have 2 unopened tubes of this (Lucas' PawPaw) that I have brought back from OZ if anyone is desperate... I am relocating back to OZ in the new year and have 3 or 4 tubes in strategic locations and will not be opening these 2 unopened tubes in that time frame..
