2 years old? yeh its not for 2 year old, perhaps you have no history with axa etc or are new and then they do not give you the best deal. we have been with axa for like nearly 15 years for travel, home etc etc and it goes down from dealer to agency after 5 years. i have an 2006 just registered last week and with axa it is now agency repairs.

This is typical with a car that age ie no dealer repairs.

AXA in Dubai have their own repair shop too - it's on Umm Suqeim road just up towards Al Khail Road, and from my experience are very good.

Just bought a 2009 vehicle and need to finalise insurance. Got a very reasonable quote from AXA - motor perfect plan. Is it worth it to take insurance if it says "dealer repairs --- no" They only cover authorised agent repairs. Orient is more expensive but includes dealer repairs. Wouldn't the dealer send it to the agent for repairs in any way? Please give recommendations on which one will be best!! Thanks in advance :-) edited by Scruffles on 23/11/2011 axa do do dealer repairs but it depends on the age of the car once it gets to 5 years old i think it becomes agency repairs. i have had dealings with orient before long time ago and they were very much inferior to axa. in abu dhabi axa have their own garage that they do all repairs, if you have dealer repairs then it will go there.
