We're looking at properties in Umm Suqeim/Jumeirah and want to be as close to the beach as possible (walkable if possible). Just wondering which beach/part of the beach is best to live near? Jumeirah beach? Public beach? Kite beach? Is there a difference??

We live in Umm Suqeim 3 just behind Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Absolutely love the area but it can get kind of crazy at the beach at times. A lot of tour companies seem to bus in people to take photos of the Burj Al Arab from the Public Beach :(
