Dr Khan also does the Arabic models, singers etc From what I hear from some male relatives of mine, this does not sound like a good recommendation, since they say that these ladies look very fake, even more than some American stars, and too flashy. The abuse of plastic in their bodies even at a young age shows too much. I have to say that, as Italians, their taste for beauty in general and female beauty in particular often translates into an understated elegance where a natural look is everything. 99% of the times an Italian man can tell with a single look the difference between natural big boobs and fake big boobs, so basically it all depends on the nationality of the male fauna you are targeting! :D:D

Your choice to have surgery of course, however I moved away after a rocky relationship and met someone who I have been happily married to for 16 years. I am an AA size and as a result I rarely worry about wearing a bra unless the situation and my outfit demand it. My husband is entirely happy with how I look and whilst he is a lover of all things natural, he knows it’s me and has never shown any interest in women with a larger chest size. My advice is choose carefully, as unnecessary surgery is always a risk and big boobs are not in my view a guaranteed path to happiness or will necessarily provide the attention you might want. I wish you lots of luck. x

I understand it’s a big decision to make. Why don’t you ask Dr Khan to show you some before and after photos so you can see what he’s done to help you make the best decision? On another note do you really need it done, I think natural look much better and do you really want the headache of getting them re-done every 7 years? well, i do need it im size 34 A I barely have breast !!! and I have seen so many pics of before and after photos when i went for consultation with Dr khan but you cant judge by photo only! and you dont need to re do it every 7 years! its around 15 years and only if you had problems.

yesterday i saw someone who had done a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Leandro, it was superb job. Why dont you book and appt with both Drs and go with the Dr you like best. I have been to consultation with Dr. Khan and I chose him only on recommendations from EW and never saw any patient of him. I was scheduled for the surgery even but had problem with mamo so had to put it on hold for sometimes. Now im having second thoughts about him, and yesterday when I saw that lady who had done it with Dr. Lenardo I was really impressed. So I am so confused!!

Spacing out has nothing to do with a surgeon its probably your friends natural shape, boob jobs don’t give you a cleavage if you’re not made that way. Sagging again is down to the natural shape of the breast, and as for the OTT one well isn’t that down to patient choice? Well the saggy one was also smaller than the patient wanted due to " circumstances" at the time.....but that's all I can say on here about it. Very unsatisfactory for her. Oh that’s a shame. One of my friends had a bj with a surgeon in Dubai she lost all feeling in both breasts and a week after her op he accidently killed someone while operating. ooohhhh my god!! please give us the name of that surgeon before we get ourselves killed?!!!!!

Dr Khan also does the Arabic models, singers etc Ive never heard of someone having a problem and Dr Khan has been in Dubai for a longggg time.
