Pour some Coke down the sink and wait for 15 minutes.. flush out with hot water.. no need for draino.. Coke always does the trick!

Try this... it is safe and uses common household/ kitchen items. I have used it before and it worked for me. May not work if super clogged, but worth a try in my opinion. Pour half a cup of baking soda down the drain and then add half a cup of white or cider vinegar. Let it sit for an hour or longer if you can, and then flush the drain with (lots of) hot water. Is it a food blockage? If so shove some Drano powder down there. If it's non-dissolvable are you able to take the trap/u-bend off under the sink and remove whatever's in there?
