I've seen some threads asking if there is any book clubs happening in motor city and alot of people seemed very keen to join. But I didn't get the feeling that any of them started.
I just moved to motor city's green community recently and would love to join one.

Ranches Ladies group runs 3 book groups. You can join at their weekly meeting which is on a Tuesday at 9.30 in the golf club, after which you can obtain details of the book groups and the many other clubs (mah jong, craft, doggy play dates, gardening, watercolour .......). They invite some great speakers along to their Tuesday meetings too. Think it is 50 AED for a years membership plus 40 AED each week for the meeting inc breakfast. Full programme will be back in September. Think they have a website.
