I guess it depends on what you want to achieve, what you enjoy, the environment you want, and what motivates you. Weight loss? Better fitness? Body shaping? A lot of bootcamps involve a fair bit of bodyweight and conditioning exercises eg. burpees, pushups, box jumps, squat thrusts etc. Do you like this? Does the idea of someone yelling at you motivate you or make you want to curl up in a ball. I did a short bootcamp in London, the instructor was this giant African guy. I didn't enjoy it (hardly any girls and I felt it was focused towards men) but it was very effective for fitness

Is it worth attending bootcamp sessions or is it just better to stick to the indoor classes like (body combat, body attack, body pump, zumba, etc)? I found i worked harder at Bootcamp as the instructors were behind you yelling wheras at the classes you could work hard but blended in with the rest of the class if that makes sense
