my good friend likes it and i visited her last week. the apartments have nice finishings and her view is over the stables and to the beach which is pretty spectacular. however it is still quite hard to get to (unless you go off road) as you have to drive in off al khail rd. there is a nice pool with infinity edge and a golf putting course (which i thought was a little strange). but she loves it and it was quite reasonably priced. good luck Thank you
