Any feedback bout this gym? I've been dying to get more active fitness wise and I found a deal at dealgobbler for 150 only. Gym's website looks great and decent but there are no photos of what the gym looks like. Would reallly appreciate if you know if this is a good gym and not just a hole in the wall kind of gym. With this big discount, you never really know!

Thanks jasmu. Price is pretty much the same as most boot camp fitness class company (50 aed/session). I'm interested though in their free running class. By the way, I've also bought the voucher for core studio, will book for my first class this weekend!

ok thanks thats good to know :) has anyone tried CORE Sculpt? Yes, I had the misfortune of trying this for the first time last week - it is horrific! I could hardly move for 3 whole days afterwards. But I guess that means it is good for you.

The only problem I have is the lady told me because I have a voucher and the Spinning classes are so busy I need to send an SMS at midnight!!!! 2 days before to book a class. I don't think it's because of the voucher or i don't really know, but i met someone at last night's yoga who said that it's really hard to book for spinning classes even for regular members as you really have to book in advance. apparently, it's a bestseller. And she's been a member for a year and the staff knows her already but she also had to book in advance especially if it's for a weekend session, but she absolutely loved it and said it's worth it. I also want to try spinning classes. edited by everythingnice on 27/07/2011

It is great, I have been a member for over a year and go to 3 or 4 classes a week so definitely get my money's worth. I find the instructors really motivating and there is a great variety of classes. A couple of the classes are difficult to get into but as long as you are on the ball with booking (send a text message as early as possible on the day before the class) then it should be rare that you have a problem getting into the class you want - I usually text at 6:30am when I get up and the only class I ever have trouble with is Monday night spinning class because they allow booking from midnight for that one as it is so popular - so by the time I wake up it is sometimes fully booked!

I just had my yoga session last night. Loooooved it! I think group classes are just perfect for me. Finally found something to do fitness-wise that is interesting for me, as I always find regular gyms boring! It is a good gym by the way, will definitely continue my membership after my one month deal stops.

Hiya It is a good place for classes. I used to be a member there but when i moved from the Marina i cancelled my membership as parking can be a nightmare. Bodypump and Spinning do fill up very quickly and you have to book 24 hours in advance as if you just turn up there may not be room in the class due to health and safety. All the instructors that used to take my classes were British... Hope this helps

Glad to hear they are good, I also got the same voucher off tonight to the spinning class! Although I am disappointed you can't book up earlier I'm on the waiting list for Friday and Saturday :(

Thanks for the feedback! I purchased it as my colleague from work who goes to their studio in GC also said that it's really good! Lookin forward to getting fit this summer! Advance bookings are no an issue to me as in my previous gym in JBR, it has to be 48 hours prior reservation which is absolutely ridiculous.. so 1 day booking is fine with me.

It is really good. But classes are always booked and you can only book a day in advance. That is the only thing that sucks. I bought a year membership and don't even use it because of work. But the classes and instructors were good. With a discount like that it is so worth trying it out.
