Hello

Does anyone know any credit card companies that have 0 annual fees and not massive APR's
I have recently cleared one with my local bank here as they were driving me up the wall
Someone mentioned Citibank but if you ever try and get hold of them it is impossible and when you fill in the online form they dont call you back
