I think RAW Coffee in Al Quoz might sell freshly roasted decaf beans. Their decaf blend is called "Nude"

Yep: RAW is your best bet, imho. Great coffee. 'Almost' tastes like the real thing. :D
The Orbis Coffee Roastery (in Al Quoz 4) have naturally decaffeinated fresh roasted coffee beans. Be sure to ask for the Columbian SWP Decaf Beans. Not sure on price but you can email them at [email protected] or www.orbisfoods.com.
For what it's worth - caffein is regarded as a cause of high pressure in the eye and that is a direct cause of glaucoma for which there is no cure. Medical experts may know more.
