Ours does, but we pay a slightly higher premium for preventative work. We get around 75% of the costs back up to a certain amount. Check with the policy.

Does anyone know if health insurance companies ever pay for bridges or tooth implants? It's not for me... It is not usual - but the answer can only be found in the terms of the policy.

Get the dentist to make out it was accident/trauma to the tooth. then they should pay..like you fell over or some hit you in the face...they normally dont like to cover preventive Unethical and fraudulent.
