Hi All,

So my employer wants to use the standard DMCC Employment Contract but also enter into an additional agreement regarding specific things we have agreed on ie. housing, automatic salary raise etc. Is this standard practice or should all terms and conditions be in the DMCC Employment Contract?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think that is normal. I have seen the DMCC contracts and they are quite vague, as long as nothing your employer places in an addendum contradict the standard DMCC contract it is okay.
