Hi, try dog academy in Al Barsha. The lady that runs it is called Johanna van Kesteren. She is located in AL Barsha. She has a facebook page.

Just found out that The Desert Ranch near Jebel Ali does training classes. They also appear to welcome dogs there although haven't taken mine yet.

Just be aware that dog training is only of any use if the owner continues it at home. There's zero point in using a professional to train your dog, if you don't also actively reinforce it and carry it on. So many times I see dogs doing everything a trainer asks for, then totally ignoring the owner because they've been lazy and not done it. Owners need training too :)

Try www.pawspetplanet.com They have a huge facility in DIP and they dog one on one training, or private training if you prefer. They also do doggy daycare which is great for socialising.
