Yesterday, I had a call from Du - or so the caller claims - quite obviously rattling off a script, and wishing to "reconfirm" my account details with Du.
He requested ME to provide the details to HIS questions. When I suggested that we reverse this procedure, i.e. he giving me the info in their files and I reconfirming these as correct, he declined and the call was terminated.
Am I too suspicious, or is there something fishy going on?
