Hi all, seriously getting withdrawal symptoms from not being able to watch my programs!! Recently had to change to elife triple play package from Du (which I thought was rubbish at first but fantastic compared to elife!!) anyway, the problem is sometimes when I set a program to record the little red 'rec' comes up in the top of the program info and I know it will record, but other times it doesn't appear and I know the program will not record then - does anyone know why this happens?? if I go back to press record again it then tells me it conflicts with something that is already set to record. Driving me mad!!! please help :)

Sorry to say but we cancelled our tv subscription and went back to OSN. Phone and internet are ok but tv was a disaster and we gave up.

The new triple play is a disaster. We had a frozen box for three weeks in July. Have you tried the call centre on 101 (I think)? Whilst it took ages for someone to come out and sort out our set top box, I found the call centre people quite knowledgable.

just to add I have also gone to the scheduled recordings list and deleted everything and started again with the same problems :(
