We just upgraded our package from double to triple. The technician just came to bring our tv decoder,he plugged it in and told me the channels would appear in 24 hours. Is this normal to wait 24 hours before your channels come? Tried calling etisalat but was on hold for a long time. The technician struggled to speak English,so didnt want to ask anymore.
