If I remember correctly you can park outside block 13 and walk all the way through it and outside again, bear left to block 8 (?). It is in a small room in there.

I dont know the exact block number but its on the other side of the road from the food court. The one which has Welcare Hospital. If you are going from the food court side, it would be the first building on your left hand side. HTHs
